Edward Tancig Biosketch

Since establishing Quality Computer Associates in 1991, Ed has served a variety of clients in numerous industries from accounting, legal, manufacturing, retailing, service professionals and distribution.  Consulting with clients to identify needs, he has created computer solutions with custom hardware configurations and software applications for small to medium sized businesses.  He relocated to Atlanta in 1990 to serve a greater market area and a more diverse client base.

Prior to starting QCA, Tancig worked with Entré Computer Center in Palm Beach County for five years managing custom hardware installations and providing software training.  Before going to work with Entrée in 1985, Ed owned several photography businesses.

Business Operations are not new to Ed, from 1978 to 1984 he operated Tancig Photography, a portrait studio in North Palm Beach.  His recognition in South Florida was not only for his photographic talents, but for his personable business style.  His first introduction to computers came as a result of looking for a better way to improve the quality of customer service.

His community achievements include leadership in the American Marketing Association, he was one of the founding members of the Palm Beach County Chapter and acted as president from 1985 to 1986.  He currently resides in Marietta where he operates QCA headquarters.
